Dan's inspiration to start a fishing guide service in Lake Minnetonka came from his childhood memories of Minnesota fishing. "A lot of people don't have the opportunities I had as a child, living on a lake and learning to fish from my Dad and Grandpa." Jasper Guide Services hopes to give people a chance to experience the same education, excitement, and fun first-hand.

Beyond the local insights from years of growing up in the area, Dan adds that "experiencing fishing from a professionally rigged Ranger bass boat alone will create memories that will last a lifetime."

Dan's own fishing skills were honed over the past 10 years through fishing all over North America, from Alaska to Costa Rica, fishing in both fresh water and salt water. Now Dan specializes in bass fishing on a Nationally ranked bass lake, Lake Minnetonka. Although Dan still enjoys all other kinds as well.
